Educational-method department

 

The teaching department is a structure that manages the learning process and implements the tasks set in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Education” and the “National Program for Advanced Training”.

The educational and methodological department is endowed with the authority to improve the educational process of the institute on the basis of advanced scientific achievements, to provide the main training documents, generalize the advanced achievements of faculties and departments in educational work.

The tasks of the educational department:

The board organizes, controls and sends educational work at the Institute.

Organization of the educational process in accordance with the curricula and programs of the Ministry of Top and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

Control and analysis of compliance with regulatory documents relating to the educational process in faculties in accordance with modern students, introduce into the educational process the latest innovations of the educational system of the institute, conduct seminars among professors and teachers and monitor their implementation; Improvement of the educational process of the Institute on the basis of advanced scientific achievements, ensuring the structure of the Institute with state educational standards and main educational documents; organize the use of advanced pedagogical information technologies in the educational process; Regularly monitor and analyze the level of availability of textbooks and methodological manuals on science at the Institute; lead curriculum and programs in line with modern requirements; control over the implementation of curriculum and workload of the faculty of the institute; Check the organization of the educational process at the faculties based on raids, bring to the attention of the deans to eliminate the shortcomings identified by the results of the inspections; study the activities of the department and summarize their experience, control the implementation of lessons and occupation plans; Determine the staffing of professors and teachers of the Department together with the Department of Management and Planning the structure of the workload for a new school year; Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on education, presidential decrees, orders, decisions, decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers, decisions of the board of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, orders, modemograms and telephone messages, as well as as a rector, the provision and preparation of documents for the staff of the Institute, control over the implementation of the training load; Documentation of teachers employed incomplete and part-time, organization and coordination of the distribution of educational resources, employed part-time; study the activities of faculties and departments of the Institute of Education; organization of the competition professor teacher; introduction of advanced foreign experience in the educational process; educational and methodological coordination of academic lyceums and technical schools; The educational and methodological department consists of a leader, a specialist, methodologist, dispatcher.
