History of the faculty “TRANSPORT”

After independence, in 1992, the Jizzakh branch of the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute was transformed into a separate independent Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute by the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 1977, the Jizzakh “General Engineering” faculty of the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute was established. In 1980, he worked as a Jizzakh branch of the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute, majoring in “Industrial and Civil Engineering”, “Manufacture of construction materials”.

At that time, the faculties of Tashkent Institute of Motor Roads in Jizzakh “General Engineering” and Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology “Jizzakh General Engineering” were merged into the institute and 5 faculties began to operate within the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute. These are: “Civil Engineering”, “Engineering Economics”, “Automechanics”, “Chemical Technology”, “Evening-correspondence” faculties.

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 12, 2014 No 157 “On Amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 29, 2012 No 187″ On improving the activities of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute ” The faculties of “Industrial Technology” and “Engineering of Buildings and Engineering” were organized on the basis of “Automotive” and the faculty of “Industrial Technology and Construction” of the Institute.

According to the new structure of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, established on July 1, 2020, the Faculty of Motor Transport was renamed the Faculty of Transport.

Currently, the faculty of “Transport” is headed by Djiyanbaev Sirojiddin Valievich.

In 2009, he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Motor Transport of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute in the field of “Operation and repair of vehicles”, in 2011 he received a master’s degree in “Chemistry” from the Tashkent Institute of Motor Roads.  During his master’s degree, he received a TEXACO educational grant from the Uzbek-American joint venture.

In 2011 he was hired as an assistant at the Department of “Operation of Vehicles” of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute.  In 2013, he participated in a training seminar on the European Union’s international Tempus project at the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden, and in March 2014 at the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom, where he improved his skills.

Djiyanbaev S.V.  2014 by the Committee for Coordination of Science and Technology Development under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Jizzakh Regional Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer I-2014-7-10  He is the responsible executor of the innovative project for 2015.

In 2014, the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Trade Union of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Kamolot Youth Social Movement announced the winner of the Republican contest “Youngest Specialist of the Year”.  He took part in the competition at the national level, won the nomination “Youngest Educator of the Year” and was awarded a diploma.

 In 2015, he was admitted to the Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan for doctoral studies in order to continue his scientific activity.

In 2015, he was admitted to the Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan as a senior researcher.  Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor B.N.  Under Khamidov’s leadership, he is conducting research in the field of petrochemical chemistry and technology.

In March 2015, he graduated from Akaki Ceriteli University in Georgia under the Tempus program and this year at the Madrid University of Technology in Spain.

The Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences is a member of the Council of Young Scientists.

In 2016, he took the 3rd place in the Republican competition of reports held by the National Holding Company “Oil and Gas” and was awarded a Diploma.

In 2017, he took the 2nd place in the Republican competition “Innovative Ideas” and was awarded a Special Diploma.

During his scientific career he has developed 2 textbooks and 20 textbooks.  He has published more than 21 articles in scientific conferences and more than 14 articles in scientific journals.

At the Fergana refinery, a special device has been set up to extract surkov.  He is the author of this development.

In 2015, the Committee for Coordination of Science and Technology Development under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Jizzakh regional administration and the Regional Innovation and Technology Transfer Center organized the VIII Republican Fair of “Innovative Ideas”, “Technologies and Projects” was acknowledged.  He also regularly participates in the Republican Fair “Innovative Ideas, Technologies and Projects”.

This scientific and technical project on “Development of technology for the production of surkov oil using local raw materials” is designed for the production of surkov oil, which is scientifically proven to be resource-saving and low-energy.  A technological device has been developed for this process, which is designed for quick and easy preparation of new surkov oils on the basis of secondary oil products.

According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 26, 2016 ҚPK-2698 “On the program of localization of production of finished products, components and materials for 2017-2019” in 2017-2019  :

Production of 7 tons under the contract for Uzbekistan Railways in 2017, 50% localization;

In 2018, 30 tons will be produced for the transport network

output 95.7% localization

Production of 40 tons for the transport sector in 2019;  95.7% localization

At present, as a result of this project, this project has been adopted at the Fergana Oil Refinery as an introduction into operation, and this technology is being implemented at the plant.

Technological regulations and a project passport have been created for this project, and 250 million soums have been allocated for its implementation.

 Skills development

Ph.D.  Djiyanbaev S.V.  Member of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute in the framework of the European Union’s ERASMUS + program “INTRAS” on the development and modernization of curricula, taking into account the best international practices.  On the basis of this grant, it is planned to open a new master’s degree.  In order to further increase the effectiveness of the application of advanced pedagogical and information technologies in the educational process, 7 types of new laboratory equipment worth 13,200 euros (131,000,000 million soums) were provided.

Ph.D.  Djiyanbaev S.  In cooperation with three universities of the European Union, the University of Gdans in Poland, the University of Alpen Adra in Austria and the University of Jilin in Slovakia have been awarded special certificates.

Deputy dean in working with young people of the Faculty “Transport” Soatova Go‘zal Mamatovna. Soatova Go‘zal Mamatovna was born on February 4, 1972 in the city of Jizzakh region. Nationality Uzbek. Higher Education. In 2008 he graduated from the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute in the direction of Bachelor’s degree in “Chemical Technology of Professional Education” and in 2020 he graduated from the Tashkent State University of Uzbek language and Literature named after Alisher Navoi in the specialty “literary critic”.
