The event, organized at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, was attended by Z. Beknazarov, Leading Inspector of the State Services Agency, I. Meliyev, Head of the Marketing and Student Practice Department, J. Saidov, Deputy Dean for Youth Affairs of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, and students. The speakers at the event specifically touched upon the attention currently being paid by our state to the State Services Development Agency and the work being carried out in this area. It was emphasized that any person should make the right choice during the employment process, that the chosen job should be the foundation for their future, and that each student should make the most of the opportunities provided. Also, information was provided about the fact that, regardless of the field of employment, the first thing that is required of an employee, along with their diploma, is their level of language proficiency, modern trends in the development of the state civil service, the development of leadership skills in young civil servants, the knowledge, qualifications and skills required to enter the state civil service, being a worthy specialist in their field, and the advantages of knowing computer technologies and foreign languages. At the end of the event, the officials provided sufficient answers to the questions asked by the students.
