In the upper part of the emblem, an octagon is depicted as a symbol of the Republic's freedom, with a crescent moon and a star inside. In the center of the emblem, a symbol of happiness and freedom - the Humo bird with its wings spread out - is depicted. In the lower part of the emblem, the inscription "Uzbekistan" is written on the ribbon of the circle representing the State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
