The Educational and Methodological Department is a structure that manages the educational process and implements the goals set out in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education" and the "National Program for Personnel Training". The Educational and Methodological Department has the authority to improve the educational process of the institute based on advanced scientific achievements, provide it with basic educational documents, and summarize the advanced achievements of faculties and departments in their educational work.
  O'quv-uslubiy boshqarmaning vazifalari: The management organizes, controls and manages educational work at the institute. Organizes the educational process in accordance with the curricula and programs in accordance with the procedure established by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Monitoring and analyzing the maintenance of regulatory documents related to the educational process in faculties in accordance with the needs of modern students, implementing the latest innovations related to the educational system at the institute into the educational process, organizing seminars among professors and teachers on this issue and monitoring their implementation; improving the educational process of the institute based on advanced scientific achievements, providing the institute's structures with state educational standards and basic educational documents; organizing the introduction of advanced pedagogical information technologies into the educational process; Continuously monitor and analyze the level of provision of educational literature and methodological guidelines in the subjects at the institute; improving curricula and programs in accordance with modern requirements; monitoring the implementation of curricula and assignments by the faculty of the institute; to inspect the organization of the educational process in faculties on the basis of raids, and to bring any shortcomings identified based on the results of the inspection to the attention of deans in order to eliminate them; studies the activities of the department and summarizes its experiences, monitors the implementation of lesson schedules and the conduct of classes; Managing the structure of the teaching load for the new academic year and, based on this, determining the staffing schedule of the departments together with the planning department; Ensuring and monitoring the implementation of the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on education, Presidential Decrees, Orders, Resolutions, Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, Board Resolutions, Orders, Instructions, Modemograms and Telephonegrams of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, as well as the Rector's Orders in faculties, departments, and departments; preparing documents for the establishment of a staffing table at the institute, and monitoring the implementation of training loads; Registration of documents for substitute and hourly teachers, organization and coordination of the distribution of hourly teaching funds; to study the activities of the faculties and departments of the institute on educational issues; organizing a competition for professors and teachers; introducing advanced foreign experiences into the educational process; educational and methodological coordination of the activities of academic lyceums and technical schools; The educational and methodological department is staffed by a head, specialist, methodologist, and dispatcher.
