On January 16, 2025, an event on the topic "Enlightenment against Ignorance" was organized at the Faculty of Industrial Technologies of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute The event was attended by U. Khidirov, Chairman of the Ravalliq Youth Welfare Office of Jizzakh city, G. Karimov, Prevention Inspector of Ravalliq Mahalla, M. Kholbekova, Head of the Department of Youth Work, Spirituality and Education of the Institute, I. Buriyev, Prevention Inspector of the Institute, U. Sherkulov, Deputy Dean for Youth Work of the Faculty of Industrial Technologies, faculty professors, tutors, and students. The speakers at the event provided detailed explanations and recommendations on the topic. In particular, the need to pay attention to the youth of our country, to use opportunities and privileges wisely, to make a worthy contribution to the development of our country and to deeply understand the sense of responsibility of each of us for the prosperity of the Motherland, as well as the ideological threats that negatively affect the minds of young people today and the issues of preventing them were given detailed explanations. The students' opinions were also listened to. Their questions were answered in detail by experts in the field.
