A group of professors and teachers of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute and the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, in collaboration with production specialists of the Basalt Uzbekistan industrial cluster and Jizzakh Battery Plant, discussed issues aimed at identifying new perspectives for the development of scientific research and industrial enterprises. In accordance with the instructions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, professors and teachers of the Department of "Chemical Technology" of the Faculty of "Chemical Engineering" of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, under the leadership of the General Director of the Basalt Uzbekistan industrial cluster A. Abdusattorov and Jizzakh Battery Plant, in a roundtable discussion, issues aimed at identifying new perspectives for the development of scientific research and industrial enterprises were discussed in detail. A group of professors and teachers from the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute and the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, such as Ikrom Rozmatov, Shavkat Umarov, Akmal Ismoilov, Shavkat Nurullayev, Rasulbek Eshmetov, Jahongir Qurbonov, and Tohirbek Ibragimov, actively participated in this process. The following issues were discussed at these events: 1. Creation of wastewater utilization technology: - ensuring the environmental safety of industrial enterprises, - reducing the negative impact on the environment, - further expanding the possibilities of economical use of resources. During the event, the proposed innovative approaches to wastewater treatment and utilization, including the use of new chemical reagents and modern equipment, were analyzed in detail. 2. Professor of the Department of Chemistry of the TKTI Shavkat Nurullayev and Professor of the Department of Chemical Technology of the JizPI Ikrom Ruzmatov presented a project aimed at reducing dependence on raw material imports. Within the framework of this project, the following issues were discussed: - effective use of local raw materials, - reducing the dependence of industrial enterprises on imports, - reducing production costs and introducing new technologies. At the end of the event, the General Director of the “Basalt Uzbekistan” industrial cluster A. Abdusattorov gave relevant instructions to the plant specialists on the successful implementation of projects. He also expressed confidence in the implementation of scientific developments of the JizPI and TKTI at the “Basalt Uzbekistan” industrial enterprise, the development of cooperation with universities, and the implementation of new agreements on supporting technological achievements.
