Improving the effectiveness of working with young people and spiritual and educational work in higher education institutions: experience and future plans A 2-day republican educational seminar dedicated to this topic was held at the Tashkent State Agrarian University. As part of preparation for the new 2024/2025 academic year, in order to work with young people in higher educational institutions and improve the work efficiency of employees of the spiritual and educational sphere, on August 12-13, 2024, all higher education institutions will be held at the Tashkent State Agrarian University. 2-day training on the topic "Working with young people and improving the efficiency of spiritual and educational work in higher education institutions: experiences and future plans" for the heads of youth work and spiritual education departments of educational institutions - a seminar was held. At the beginning of the event, the participants were solemnly welcomed to the sound of trumpets and were introduced to the achievements of the university and exhibitions of agricultural products. The first day of the conference was held in the form of a plenary meeting, which was opened by the Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Sarvarkhan Buzrukkhanov: "Today, we are witnessing the gathering of spiritual leaders of all universities in our republic at Tashkent State Agrarian University, an institution that has its place among higher education institutions. We hope that you will consolidate the most useful and necessary knowledge during this two-day training-seminar." Then, the head of the Republican Spirituality and Enlightenment Center, Otabek Hasanov, and the responsible officer of the Presidential Administration, Otabek Bozorov, spoke and discussed the problems and solutions of spiritual and educational work in higher education institutions, "Z" They touched upon the important issues in the education of the new generation, the topics of youth policy in New Uzbekistan. M. Kholbekova, head of the Department of Work with Youth and Spirituality and Enlightenment of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, also participated in this educational seminar and was awarded a certificate for her active participation.
