The main tasks of the personnel department
control over the hiring of professors, teaching assistants and economic employees, termination of employment contracts, change of positions and staff units, granting of work leave and early recall to work, vacation at their own expense, recruitment on a competitive basis, determination of certification deadlines;
control over the conclusion of employment contracts between each employee hired and preparation of orders on activities;
make proposals on the formation and use of a reserve of managerial personnel;
prepare and submit proposals to the rector of the institute on improving the teaching staff, their labor discipline, the quality of education and preventing their dissatisfaction;
maintain contact with higher organizations on personnel issues;
organize work on recommending the institute's professors and teachers and employees to the ministry and relevant organizations for state awards;
preparing certificates for professors, teaching assistants and administrative staff and monitoring the extension of certificates;
confirming the signatures of professors and teachers, issuing certificates;
maintaining work books, keeping accurate records of them and timely handing them over to employees whose employment contracts have been terminated or terminated;
maintaining statistical reports on professors, teaching assistants and administrative staff in the prescribed form;
organizing the formation and maintenance of personal summary folders, personal sheets (T-2 form), personal certificates (lens) of professors, teaching assistants and administrative staff in the prescribed manner;
coordinating the staffing table of the institute together with the planning and financial department and working according to the staffing table;
transfer all regulatory and personal documents related to employees stored in the department to the institute archive by drawing up an act in the established manner;
comply with the rules of etiquette and internal order, labor discipline and culture of behavior when working with the department and employees.
