Activities of the existing Scientific Councils of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute.

1. Meetings of the Institute Council are held during the academic year on Friday of the last week of each month at 14:00 in the institute's conference hall (or small meeting hall).
2. At the meetings of the Institute Council, the head of the "Department for working with appeals of individuals and legal entities, control and monitoring" reports on the implementation of decrees, orders and resolutions of the President and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions and orders of the Board of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, and decisions of the Institute Council.
3. Chairs of working groups and responsible persons giving reports (information) must submit signed materials and draft decisions (in paper and electronic form) on the issues to be considered at the meeting to the Academic Secretary 3 days before the Council meeting.
4. At the meetings of the Institute Council, the director of the Information Resource Center reports on newly received literature.
This work plan for the 2025–2026 academic year was considered and approved at meeting No. 1 of the Institute Council on August 29, 2025.
