Controlling the accounting of technical means of education;
Assisting professors-teachers, academic staff, interns-researchers and students in obtaining necessary materials from the Internet;
Monitoring the use of computers and multimedia equipment during the educational process, the operation and availability of equipment in multimedia classrooms, giving appropriate instructions to teachers;
Monitoring the state of technical means of teaching in JizPI;
Providing advice on maintenance of teachers, technical means and equipment of teaching;
Comprehensive analysis of the state of technical means of education, search for ways to further improve the material and technical base;
Participation in the orders to start and leave the employees who are responsible for the property of the institute;
To participate in providing the material and technical base of the institute's professors-teachers and workers with technical means of new type of teaching;
Correspondence on the issues of the department of technical means of education.
