Within the framework of the “Plogging” project, the Faculty of Industrial Technologies of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute organized an environmental campaign in the Memorial Park located in Toqchilik Mahalla, Sharof Rashidov District.
Plogging is a modern initiative that combines a healthy lifestyle with environmental responsibility by collecting litter while running or walking.
The main objectives of the event were:
♻️ to change attitudes toward waste;
♻️ to reduce waste generation;
♻️ to promote a recycling culture;
♻️ to enhance ecological awareness and responsibility;
♻️ to encourage a healthy lifestyle.
During the event, waste collected by eco-active students was sorted and placed into designated containers.
This environmental campaign represents an important step toward strengthening students’ attention to nature, fostering ecological responsibility among young people, and building a greener and cleaner future.
