Tutors at Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute have been recruited based on the following qualification requirements:
Possession of higher education (bachelor’s degree) (preference is given to persons holding academic degrees and academic titles).
Not deprived of the right to teach in accordance with legislative documents.
Possession of pedagogical and psychological knowledge and experience with a deep understanding of the methodology and practice of spiritual-educational and upbringing work.
Exemplary personal qualities, including being cultured, responsible, communicative, patriotic, and proactive.
Ability to make independent decisions.
Knowledge of regulatory legal documents related to educational activities, as well as understanding of education standards, their requirements, and content.
Skills in working with students, knowledge of the spiritual-educational sphere, ability to organize and coordinate spiritual-educational activities, and awareness of developments in the field.
Ability to analyze and generalize information, prepare analytical materials, make decisions, express ideas clearly in written and oral form, and present tasks concisely.
Ability to analyze students’ activities within the higher education institution, identify problems, find effective solutions, and apply them in practice.
