Usmankulov Alisher Kadirkulovich has been working as the rector of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute since September 28, 2016. Doctor of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor. Total work experience 26 years. Usmankulov Alisher Kadirkulovich entered the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry in 1985, majoring in "Primary Cotton Processing", and graduated from this institute with honors in 1992. From 1986 to 1988, he served in the Army Reserve. During his pedagogical career, which began in 1992, he worked as a laboratory head, assistant and associate professor at the Department of "Primary Cotton Processing" of the TTESI. From 1999 to 2002, he was the Deputy Dean for Spiritual and Educational Affairs of the Faculty of "Cotton Industry Technology and Mechanics" of TTESI, from 2002 to 2006, he was the Head of the Marketing Department of TTESI, from 2007 to 2008, he was the Head of the Department of "Primary Cotton Processing" of TTESI, from 2008, he was the Dean of the Faculty of "Cotton Industry Technology" of TTESI, and from April 4 to September 28, 2016, he was the Vice-Rector for Finance and Economic Affairs of TTESI. In 2002, he successfully defended his candidate's dissertation on the topic "Improving the efficiency of the drying process of raw cotton in a drum dryer", and on November 26, 2016, he successfully defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic "Creation of a high-performance cotton drying unit and technology based on the intensification of heat and mass transfer processes". A. Usmankulov has published more than 130 scientific works in international and national scientific journals and is the owner of more than 15 patents and inventions, the author of 3 monographs and 2 textbooks. Under his supervision, 14 masters and about 100 bachelors were trained. He participated in the International Seminar on "Organization of Scientific Work in Educational Institutions" held at the "Higher School of Economics and Management (VSEM)" Institute in Prague, Czech Republic, from August 14 to 27, 2013. In the field of scientific research, he has been a scientific leader in 3 practical, 3 innovative, and 1 fundamental grant projects announced by the State over the past 10 years.
