A visiting reception was held at the building of school No. 19 with citizens of the Zargarlik M.F.Y., Jizzakh city, Jizzakh region, and unorganized youth.

On April 30 of this year, a visiting reception was held at the building of school No. 19 in Jizzakh city by the First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Affairs of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, Sanobar Eshbekova Omonlikovna, with citizens of the Zargarlik M.F.Y., Jizzakh city, and unorganized youth.

During the reception, the opportunities created by our President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the declaration of 2025 as the "Year of Environmental Protection and the "Green" Economy" in our country, the need to prioritize issues such as the introduction of "green" technologies, water conservation, a sharp increase in green areas, mitigating the consequences of the Aral Sea tragedy, solving the waste problem, and most importantly, strengthening the health of the population were emphasized. We should pay special attention to the development of such areas as science, innovation, IT, "green" and digital technologies. The creation of new jobs, increasing the income of the population should be the focus of our attention, the increase in wages, pensions, scholarships and benefits, the special importance of supporting women and girls, people in need, and the development of social sectors to a completely new level were emphasized.

Currently, there are 2 universities (one of which is a university branch) and 3 institutes operating in our region, including the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute. The conditions created for students at the institute, the activities of 6 faculties and 24 departments, the state of work with youth at the institute, and the holding of spiritual and educational events were discussed.

The course for preparing applicants for higher education institutions and the clubs and dormitories operating for students, correspondence education, and educational areas organized on the basis of Russian groups were discussed. He also provided information about the availability of all amenities for learning at the institute, that today the institute's ARK has an electronic resource of 16,478 educational literature in 33 educational areas, that sufficient conditions have been created for students to live and learn in all 4 TSUs of the institute, that the TSU library has sufficient information in all subjects, as well as financial incentives for children from families included in the "Youth Notebook", "Women's Notebook", "Iron Notebook", and students with disabilities of groups I and II.

He explained the purpose of today's reception, noting that all citizens can access the institute's website, that courses for car and tractor drivers, librarianship, and accounting have been organized at the institute's vocational center, that 1 academic lyceum and technical school have been launched under the institute, that technical schools have full-time and part-time education, and that those who wish to study at this educational institution can submit documents, and that conditions have been created for unorganized youth and residents of the neighborhood who have expressed a desire to study to prepare for the OT in preparatory courses.
