These days, sports competitions are being held at the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute as part of the “Sports Month” under the slogan “Athlete – Defender of the Homeland!”.

According to the sports competition program, a basketball competition was held today. These competitions will be held during the month of May from 09:00 to 11:20 in the afternoon and from 16:30 to 18:30 in the evening.

This initiative, which is being held under the slogan “Athlete – Defender of the Homeland!”, is aimed at increasing physical activity among young people, attracting them to a healthy lifestyle, increasing their interest in sports, and educating them in the spirit of loyalty, willpower, and perseverance to the Motherland.

During the Sports Month, students will participate in competitions in more than 10 sports: badminton, basketball, judo, handball, table tennis, streetball, mini football, volleyball, and athletics.
