On June 17 of this year, a diploma ceremony was held for graduates of the academic lyceum. The event was attended by the rector of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor A.K.Usmankulov, the vice-rector of the institute for academic affairs, acting director of the academic lyceum, M.Goziyeva, teachers of the academic lyceum, students and parents, and representatives of the media. At the ceremony, 2 graduates were awarded gold medals, 9 silver medals, and 36 diplomas with honors. At the event, E'zoza Ilhomova, a 1st year student of the Natural Sciences department of the academic lyceum, who won a silver medal at the Abu Raykhon Beruni International Chemistry Olympiad, and her mentor, Farhod Gaybullayev, a chemistry teacher of the academic lyceum with a higher category, were awarded certificates of appreciation and valuable gifts. We would like to remind you that this Olympiad was held in Tashkent on May 30-31, and 28 teams from 13 countries of the world, a total of 115 students, participated. The participants of the event expressed their best wishes to the students of the academic lyceum and expressed confidence that their knowledge and potential will serve the development of the country. A total of 213 graduates graduated from the Academic Lyceum of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute in the 2024-2025 academic year with excellent grades and exemplary behavior. 122 of the graduates have international and national certificates, and 90 have successfully participated in competitions held by various foreign universities and received invitation letters to study ahead of schedule. 10 graduates have national, international IELTS, SAT certificates in 4 and 5 subjects.
