The Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute hosted the “Career Day - 2025” labor fair with the participation of employers in order to provide employment, placement, recommendation and future employment processes for graduates and students of the institute. In accordance with the Concept for the Development of the Higher Education System of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030, the Higher Education System, based on the needs of the social sphere and economic sectors, and ensuring a strong integration of science, education and production, improves the quality of education, trains competitive personnel, provides employment for graduates of the institute, places graduates in jobs, recommends them, and increases the quality and efficiency of future employment processes, the “Career Day - 2025” labor and internship fair was held with the participation of graduates and students of the institute and employers. The event was attended by the Jizzakh Regional Poverty Reduction and Employment Department, 13 district and city employment support centers, Jizzakh branch of the State Architectural and Construction Supervision Inspectorate, Jizzakh regional Department of Agriculture, Jizzakh Free Economic Zone Directorate and its affiliated enterprises, JV “BMB Energy agro logistic” LLC, “Artel” LLC, “Jizzakh Heat Source” SUE, “Jizzakh Regional Electric Networks Korokhnasi” JSC, “Hududgaz Jizzakh” gas supply branch “Jizzakh water supply” LLC, “BYD Uzbekistan Factory” LLC JV, “Jizzakh textile” LLC, “Jizzakh gold textile” LLC, “Basalt Uzbekistan” industrial cluster, “Jizzakh battery factory” JSC, “Jizzakh industrial textile” LLC, “Jizzakhdonmahsulotlari” JSC, Jizzakh regional agrochemical analytical center, “Irrigatsiya invest” LLC, “House grand” LLC, “Aziza project” LLC, Aloqa bank JSCB, Turonbank JSCB and more than 90 enterprises and organizations in the region participated with presentations about their enterprise activities and 345 vacancies. For information, in 2025, 1,322 graduates in 30 bachelor's degree programs and 21 in 13 master's degree programs, a total of 1,343 graduates will graduate from the institute. 764 of them are residents of Jizzakh region. Today, as a result of systematic work to ensure the employment of graduates, the process of signing tripartite agreements on assistance in finding employment has been completed by 94% and this process is ongoing. The main goal of this event is to ensure the employment of graduates of the institute, identify their future jobs, create employment opportunities for graduates, and introduce them to existing and newly created vacancies in enterprises and organizations.
