Today, September 3, the opening ceremonies of the new 2025-2026 academic year are being held in all higher educational institutions across the republic. In particular, today at the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, a solemn event under the slogan “For the Motherland, for the people, for the nation!” was held in high spirits with the participation of first-year students.

The event was attended by the administration of the institute, professors and teachers, leaders of enterprises and organizations, specialists, students and young people, as well as their parents.

At the beginning of the event, the rector of the institute, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor A. Usmankulov, delivered a speech on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of our independence.

The rector of the institute congratulated all the participants of the event, professors and teachers, as well as young people who participate in the activities of the institute with their talent, knowledge, and creative pursuits on the holiday and sent his sincere wishes.

The rector also addressed all the students of our institute, providing information about the news in our country and at the institute, the achievements being made.

After that, the rector of the institute awarded a number of students.

After the award ceremony, the floor was given to the guests, honorary teachers of the institute, as well as students who scored high points and were lucky enough to be students, and their parents.

The event continued with national songs and attractive dances performed by talented students of the institute.

Next, the vice-rector of the institute for academic affairs M. Ochilov spoke and gave information about the educational process and the tasks ahead.

After that, the students headed to their classrooms.

After the event, the rector of the institute, A. Usmankulov, talked with professors and teachers, got acquainted with the developments and projects of scientific researchers. He reviewed practical projects in the field of science and technology and made his suggestions.
