A delegation led by the Khokim of the Chovan district of the Republic of Korea visited the Sharof Rashidov district of Jizzakh region.

The delegation includes representatives of the sphere of culture and art, including members of the choir. They have been cooperating with the Yunus Rajabi National University of Arts and Music and the State Conservatory in Uzbekistan. Every year, choirs visit Uzbekistan and organize joint concerts as part of the cultural exchange program.

The main goal of this visit is to develop cultural cooperation, strengthen friendship between peoples, share joy and good mood through music, enrich cultural heritage and further expand the artistic environment.

The friendship concert with the participation of the delegation was held at the Palace of Congresses of the Jizzakh regional administration.

Employees and students of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute took part in it. The event was organized in the meeting hall of the regional administration, and the youth got acquainted with the culture of the Korean country.

This event served to further strengthen the bonds of friendship between the two peoples and to instill in students a sense of respect for international friendship and cultural values.
