The meeting was attended by Academician Abdurazzoq Umirzaqovich Mirzayev — Head of the Navoi Regional Department of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, Executive Director of Xinjiang Jingcheng Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd. Shao Fengqing, and Head of Xinjiang Wutuo International Trade Co., Ltd. Nuermuhamaiti Duishanhan.

The discussions focused on priority areas of joint initiatives aimed at providing vocational training for youth, ensuring stable sources of income, and reducing poverty and unemployment in local communities.

The parties also agreed to attract Chinese investment for the establishment of workshops, introduce Chinese experience into the educational process, involve more than 100 Chinese language teachers and volunteers in educational institutions, and implement prospective joint projects.
