On October 16, 2025, the rector of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Alisher Usmankulov held a visiting reception at the Polytechnic No. 2 of the Sharof Rashidov district.

It was attended by the rector of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, deans of faculties, heads of departments, the director of the polytechnic, responsible employees, community activists, parents and students.

At the beginning of the visit, the rector, together with the responsible officials, got acquainted with the material and technical base of the polytechnic, study and practice rooms, library, conditions created for students in the facilities on the territory, and the processes of organizing practical training.

The rector of the institute spoke with students and employees. Their problems and suggestions were listened to, and views were exchanged on future plans.

The visiting reception was held in a spirit of sincere and open dialogue.

During the conversation with the students, the rector expressed his views on the effective use of the opportunities created for them.

He also provided information about the structure of the institute, the conditions created for students at the institute, the educational process, existing opportunities, and new laboratory equipment.

The suggestions and issues raised during the mobile reception were positively resolved on the spot, and the questions of interest to the young people were answered.
