The meeting was attended by Xiao Fei, professor of Nanjing Tourism Institute and Suzhou University, Zhou Xiaofeng, lecturer, entrepreneurs Li Zhikun, Lam Ming Keung and Wu Tiezheng, Jamshid Abdunazarov, vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovations of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, Aziz Nishonov, head of the department for coordination of joint education, and Sherzod Kushakov, responsible for working with international ratings and indices.

During the meeting, preliminary negotiations were held between the parties on establishing cooperation in the areas of education, advanced training and investment, as well as future joint projects.

The guests from Nanjing were also provided with detailed information about the scientific potential, international relations and educational infrastructure of the institute. The guests highly appreciated the activities of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute and noted that there are wide opportunities for exchanging international experience in the educational process.

Representatives of the city of Nanjing put forward the initiative to establish a training institute in Jizzakh region. It was noted that this initiative will be an important step in expanding bilateral scientific and practical cooperation, improving the skills of teachers and students.

This meeting will create new opportunities for friendly relations, trust and joint initiatives between the two sides.
