On October 23, 2025, an international seminar was held at the East Lake Campus of Suzhou University of Technology under the theme: “Deepening the Integration of Industry and Education — Building a New Ecosystem for the Coordinated Development of Education and Industry under the Belt and Road Initiative.”

The event was attended by the leadership of Suzhou University of Technology, a delegation from Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, and representatives of Chinese industrial enterprises.

Participants exchanged experiences on strengthening cooperation between industry and education, developing joint academic programs, and advancing talent training initiatives.

During the seminar, a Tripartite Strategic Cooperation Agreement was signed between Suzhou University of Technology, Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, and the BYD Uzbekistan Factory.

The program also included keynote speeches and enterprise visits. This seminar marks a new stage in promoting China–Uzbekistan cooperation in the integration of education and industry.
