Another major project in the Zamin district is the Zamin district branch of the Navoi Industrial Development Complex, where Artel Electronics Zamin LLC, a manufacturer of a wide range of household appliances and components, has begun its activities. After the plant is fully operational by the second quarter of 2027, it will provide employment to 7,000 young graduates and unemployed citizens.

The enterprise is located on an area of ​​41 hectares, and within the framework of the project, 1 million products will be produced annually and 7,000 new jobs will be created due to investments of $80.0 million. The full launch of the project is planned for the second quarter of 2027.

An open day was organized at the plant precisely in order to ensure employment of young graduates and the unemployed.

Graduates of the university, more than 2,000 young people currently looking for work, in particular, about 100 former students and professors who graduated from the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute in the 2024-2025 academic year, actively participated in the event, led by the institute's leadership.

They were provided with detailed information about the enterprise's activities, production processes, working conditions, and available vacancies.

The participants were also briefed on labor legislation, professional development opportunities, vocational training programs, and the advantages of employment policy.

This initiative serves to actively participate in the labor market, fully demonstrate their potential, and improve employment indicators at the district level.
At the end of the event, a memorandum was signed between representatives of higher education institutions, in particular, the leadership of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute and the leadership of the Artel plant. This document is aimed at providing employment to young people, strengthening cooperation between enterprises and educational institutions.

During the event, agreements were reached on employment with 9 graduates of our institute.

The main goal of this event is to involve young people in the production process, increase their activity in the labor market, and ensure their stable employment.
