Today, November 27, students of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, led by the institute's leadership, visited the "Museum of Memory of Victims of Repression".
At the beginning of the visit, the rector of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Alisher Usmankulov spoke about the importance of such events organized for students and young people and the need to develop competitive, mature personnel in today's market economy.
During the visit, the students got acquainted with the museum's expositions. Museum specialists provided interesting information about various exhibits and historical monuments, told sincere stories about the fate of repressed individuals from the Jizzakh region, their lives and social activities.
During the visit to the museum, the students were deeply impressed by the equipment, documents, and samples of tangible cultural heritage that illuminate historical processes.
It is no exaggeration to say that such spiritual and educational events strengthen students' interest in our historical heritage, as well as their sense of loyalty, gratitude, and selflessness to the Motherland.
