Students and young people got acquainted with the views of the Head of State on higher education, the Automotive Engineering School established at the institute, and the opportunities created for young people.

For your information, cooperation has been established here with the enterprises "BYD Uzbekistan Factory" and "ADM Jizzakh" to train qualified specialists and place them in work.

The educational programs in four educational areas specializing in the transport sector at the engineering school are organized based on a new approach. In particular, students who graduate from the second year with high performance will receive two-year dual education on modern educational platforms developed based on the requirements of the BYD plant. Students also undergo practical training in direct cooperation with the plant, which allows them to obtain a special employment certificate.

Short-term training courses teach candidates for employment at the automobile plant, factory workers and unemployed youth the professions they are interested in. A mini BYD automobile production assembly line has also been set up here. The production shop has welding, painting, assembly and quality control departments.

Special rooms have been set up specializing in the design of electric vehicles and charging stations, electric vehicle service, industrial and programming engineering, cost and reverse engineering.

There is one rule in the global automotive industry: a company that does not analyze its competitors cannot develop.

For the first time, this engineering school in Jizzakh is also teaching skills such as technical and analytical comparison of products, cost modeling, production optimization, and comparison of processes with global standards.

The engineering school is open not only to students, but also to young people and specialists who want to work in the field. It organizes advanced training programs, initial vocational training courses, and practical training modules for entrepreneurs. Advanced specialists and experienced engineers from manufacturing enterprises actively participate in them.

The main goal of the school is to introduce students to the practical environment before they go to work as ready-made personnel. As a result, graduates become mature and competitive specialists who fully meet market requirements.

The head of our state observed the training process at the school and talked with students working on a mini-conveyor.

The president also spoke with activists of the republic and the region.

It was noted that in recent years, good results have been achieved in Jizzakh in industry, agriculture, and many other areas. However, it was noted that there are still many untapped opportunities.

- Arriving in Jizzakh, we aimed to identify new growth points. The main thing is to create decent conditions for the population, especially young people, and provide them with high-paying jobs, said the head of our state.
