A visit of students of the Transport Faculty of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute to the Jizzakh Regional Emergency Situations Department was organized. As part of the visit, a preventive and promotional event was held on the topic “Prevention of adverse events associated with fires, carbon monoxide poisoning and flashes of air-gas mixtures, and correct behavior in emergency situations”.

Inspectors of the Jizzakh City Emergency Situations Department Sharifjon Aliboyev and Shohjahon Razzakov participated in the event and provided detailed information on the dangers of carbon monoxide, symptoms of poisoning, causes of fires and explosions, and measures to prevent them.

Practical recommendations were also presented on strict adherence to safety rules in everyday life and the proper use of gas and heating devices.

At the end of the meeting, detailed answers were given by experts to the questions of interest to students. This event served to increase safety culture among young people and increase vigilance in emergency situations.
