The meeting held at Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute was attended by representatives of JSC “O‘zmilliybank”, LLC “ADM Jizzakh”, the Dean of the Faculty of Energy Engineering M. Usanov, Head of the Student Internship Department I. Meyliyev, Head of the Department of Energy and Electrical Technologies E. Abdullayev, a staff member of the Career Center B. Mustafoyev, as well as faculty members and students.

During the meeting, special attention was paid to ensuring youth employment, identifying job opportunities for graduates, and establishing direct cooperation with enterprises and organizations. Opportunities for supporting young people’s entrepreneurial ideas, startups, and innovative projects were also discussed.

In the course of the open dialogue, detailed information was provided about the activities of the “ADM Jizzakh” plant, modern automobile manufacturing processes, and available as well as newly created job vacancies. The event is of great importance for students in gaining practical experience and planning their future careers.
