In February of this year, a short-term internship program was launched at the Engineering School under the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute to promote staff development and enhance professional potential. The program covers employees from the welding, painting, assembly, quality, logistics, and warehouse departments, featuring practical and theoretical sessions on over 60 modern topics.
