On March 3, 2026, members of the delegation led by the Rector of Óbuda University, Levente Kovács, visited Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute.

During the visit, the guests became closely acquainted with the activities of the Automotive Engineering School of the institute as well as the Scientific and Practical Center for Alternative Energy Research. The delegation was provided with detailed information about the scientific research being conducted in these areas, modern laboratory equipment, innovative developments, and practical projects.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to expanding educational and scientific cooperation between the two higher education institutions, launching joint projects, and developing academic exchange programs for professors, researchers, and students.

The main purpose of the visit was to further strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation between higher education institutions of Uzbekistan and Hungary, as well as to expand the exchange of experience in the fields of science and innovation.
