Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute actively participated in the nationwide “Green University” contest among higher education institutions and emerged as the winner.

In recognition of this outstanding achievement, the institute’s team, which has long regarded ecological responsibility as an integral part of the educational process, was ceremoniously awarded the President’s gift — a BYD Chazor electric car.

On this occasion, today the institute’s rector, A. Usmankulov, met with vice-rectors for various sectors, faculty deans, and department heads to sincerely congratulate the team on this significant accomplishment.

During the meeting, it was emphasized that this success reflects the institute’s dedicated efforts, consistent support for ecological initiatives, and the practical implementation of “green” principles.

In addition, priority tasks were outlined for the future, including ensuring environmental sustainability, expanding the scope of innovative and “green” projects, and further improving the quality of education.
