Today, students of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, under the leadership of the institute’s administration, visited the Museum of the Victims of Repression.
At the beginning of the visit, the rector of the institute, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Alisher Usmankulov, met with the students and spoke about the significance of such educational and spiritual events. He also emphasized the importance of becoming competitive and well-qualified specialists in today’s market economy.
During the visit, the students closely explored the museum exhibitions. Museum specialists provided detailed information about the exhibits and historical artifacts. In particular, they shared interesting and moving stories about the lives, destinies, and social activities of the people from Jizzakh who were subjected to repression.
In addition, participants familiarized themselves with historical artifacts, tools related to national values, and traditional customs preserved in the museum, gaining a broad understanding of the rich spiritual heritage of our people.
The historical documents, equipment, and tangible cultural heritage displayed during this visit left a profound impression on the students.
Such educational and spiritual events help increase young people’s interest in our historical heritage, and further strengthen their feelings of patriotism, gratitude, and devotion to the Motherland.
