During the conference, the implementation of the collective agreement for 2025 was comprehensively reviewed. Reports by the employer and the Chairperson of the Trade Union Committee on the agenda items were heard, as well as the minutes of the commission on social and labor issues.

The event was attended by S.Sh. Baxriddinov, Head of the Department for Cultural, Educational and Sports Affairs of the Jizzakh Regional Council of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan.

According to the results of the meeting, the implementation of the collective agreement for 2025 was recognized as satisfactory.

In addition, the conference discussed the sectoral agreement for 2026–2028 concluded between the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of Uzbekistan, as well as the draft collective agreement for 2026–2028 between the institute administration and the trade union committee, developed in accordance with the latest amendments and additions to the current legislation.

Following the discussions, taking into account the proposals and comments expressed, the draft collective agreement for 2026–2028 between the institute administration and the trade union committee was approved. A decision was also adopted to formalize and approve this draft in accordance with the established procedure.
