The Rector of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Alisher Usmankulov, regularly visits student dormitories and carries out a number of measures aimed at creating all necessary conditions for students at the institute and resolving their issues on site.
In particular, within the framework of the “Rector in the Dormitory — One Day, One Night” project, the Rector visited Dormitory No. 4.
The event was held in a truly festive atmosphere, harmoniously combined with the spirit of the Navruz holiday. Students decorated tables with spring dishes, and traditional meals were prepared in large cauldrons. The event was attended by vice-rectors, faculty deans, heads of departments, professors, teachers, and students.
During the program, talented students presented artistic performances, theatrical scenes reflecting national values, as well as songs and dances. In addition, national sports games such as tug of war, stone lifting, chess and checkers, and football competitions were organized, bringing a high level of enthusiasm and positive mood to all participants. The event left unforgettable impressions on everyone present.
After the celebration, the Rector held a direct meeting with students and conducted an open and sincere dialogue. During the conversation, students’ living conditions, daily concerns, and needs were carefully heard, and specific measures were outlined to address existing issues.
Visits by the institute’s leadership to student dormitories will continue on a regular weekly basis.
