At Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, within the framework of the “Engineering Month,” the “University Cup” competition was organized, covering innovation areas such as artificial intelligence, robotics, drones, and cybersecurity, with a total prize fund of 100 million UZS.

On April 1, 2026, the official opening ceremony of the competition was held, and the initial contests in two categories were launched.

On April 3, 2026, in accordance with the competition program, contests continued in the “3D Modeling” category.

On April 8, 2026, competitions were held in the categories of “Drone Design,” “Task-Performing Robot,” and “Innovative Technologies in Agriculture.”

These events serve to integrate students’ theoretical knowledge with practical skills and develop their ability to work on real-world projects. In particular, the drone design and robotics categories further increase students’ interest in technical fields. Each project was evaluated based on its innovative approach, practical significance, and ability to offer solutions to modern challenges.

According to the results of the competition, winners were determined among participating teams in each category:
3rd place — 3 million UZS
2nd place — 5 million UZS
1st place — 8 million UZS

In addition, teams that secured first place were recommended to participate in the national-level “Minister’s Cup” competition.
