On April 10, 2026, an open dialogue meeting was held between the Rector of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor A. Usmankulov, and the students of the Faculty of Energy Engineering.

The meeting was attended by vice-rectors in charge of respective fields, the Rector’s Advisor responsible for ensuring a stable socio-spiritual environment among students N. Abdurakhmonov, the faculty dean, heads of departments, heads of chairs, tutors, and students.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Rector provided detailed information on the reforms being implemented at the institute across all areas, future priority tasks, the activities of the faculty, modern conditions created for students, and the systematic efforts aimed at their comprehensive support.

During the meeting, issues such as improving the quality of education, developing research activities, supporting innovative ideas and startup projects, and organizing students’ free time effectively were widely discussed. Special attention was paid to encouraging students’ initiatives and proposals, as well as increasing their active participation in the life of the institute.

During the event, the achievements of talented students of the faculty were particularly recognized, and they were duly awarded by the institute’s administration.

The second part of the meeting continued in the traditional open dialogue format, held in a free and sincere atmosphere. Students had the opportunity to express their opinions and proposals and receive direct answers to their questions.

This meeting played an important role in establishing open and effective communication with youth, supporting their initiatives, and jointly discussing future plans.

In the concluding part, relevant instructions and directives were given to responsible persons regarding the implementation of the proposals and initiatives put forward by the students.
