The “Future Engineers” International Festival was officially opened with a welcoming speech by Sardor Radjabov, First Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation.
Today, within the framework of this prestigious festival, which has become a hub of innovation, science, and technology, nearly 30 competitions and contests have been organized, bringing together more than 14,000 participants on a single platform.
Distinguished international guests are also taking part in the festival, further enriching the event with their speeches. Among them:
Jonathan Freedman — President and CEO of the World Trade Center (USA);
Moez Chakchouk — Executive Director of the World Federation of Engineering Organizations;
Serge Haroche — Nobel Prize laureate (France);
Akiko Fujii — Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Programme in Uzbekistan.
The festival will continue until April 30.
In addition, the team of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, led by Rector Alisher Usmankulov, is actively participating in this international festival.
