The “Talaba Fest” Youth Festival, organized at Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, brought together students from higher education institutions across the region, members of the academic staff, and representatives of the wider public on a single platform.
The festival served as a significant event aimed at showcasing the creative, intellectual, and athletic abilities of young people, strengthening an atmosphere of healthy competition and solidarity among them, and providing meaningful opportunities for students to spend their free time productively.
The program featured a wide range of cultural, educational, sporting, and intellectual activities. In particular, the “Best Photograph” exhibition, the “Best Costume” showcase featuring both national and contemporary styles, the “Most Delicious Dishes” competition, sports contests, poetry recitals and literary evenings, and karaoke competitions created a vibrant and festive atmosphere for all participants.
In addition, the robotics exhibition, stage performances by student theatre studios, presentations by “Quvnoqlar va Zukkolar” (Comedy and Wit) teams, the “Munozara” debate tournament, the “Zakovat” intellectual game, and military demonstration performances fully reflected the knowledge, talent, and potential of the participating youth.
Such youth festivals play an important role in further increasing students’ social engagement, supporting their talents and initiatives, and strengthening friendly cooperation and partnership among higher education institutions.
