These days, a study is being conducted in Jizzakh region under the leadership of First Deputy Prosecutor General B. Valiyev on the implementation of Presidential Resolutions No. PQ-1 and PQ-2 dated January 5, 2026. As part of the study, officials visited Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute today, June 10.
First, the guests became closely acquainted with the activities of the Automotive Engineering School and the Scientific and Practical Research Center for Alternative Energy at the institute. The conditions created for young students specializing in automotive engineering and the advantages of the dual education format were presented.
During the visit, First Deputy Prosecutor General B. Valiyev was accompanied by First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Botir Qudratkhodjayev, Deputy Commander of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Combat and Special Training Adkhamjon Sormonqulov, First Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovations Sardor Rajabov, representatives of the republican and regional leadership, heads of higher education institutions in the region, and other responsible officials.
The guests were provided with detailed information on startup and innovative initiatives being implemented at higher and other educational institutions in the region, scientific developments created by young researchers, and opportunities for their commercialization.
In addition, First Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovations Sardor Rajabov presented memorable gifts to exemplary students of the Engineering School.
On the same day, a training seminar was held at the institute under the leadership of First Deputy Prosecutor General B. Valiyev, with the participation of the Deputy Governor of the region and heads of organizations and agencies responsible for youth affairs. The seminar was organized by the regional Department of Justice in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Association of Mahallas of Uzbekistan, and was aimed at training representatives of the “mahalla seven” in resolving disputes through mediation.
During the seminar, professors and lecturers of Tashkent State University of Law and the University of Public Safety delivered lectures on the topics “Resolving Family Disputes through Mediation” and “The Procedure for Implementing Social Prevention Measures in Mahallas Based on the Principle of a Prosperous and Safe Mahalla.”
At the end of the event, a lunch was organized for the participants of the training seminar at Student Dormitory No. 1 of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute.
