The ongoing efforts aimed at organizing students’ leisure time effectively, providing career guidance, and further improving the quality of education at Secondary School No. 37 in Sharof Rashidov District, attached to Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, were reviewed.

The visit was attended by the Institute’s Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Maksudjon Ochilov, Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering A. Berdiqulov, Director of the Information Resource Center M. Ropiyeva, Head of the Department of Uzbek and Foreign Languages O‘. Norboyev, Head of the Department of Computer and Software Engineering U. Hasanov, and Head of the Department of Physical Education I. Qirg‘izov.

During the meeting, discussions focused on organizing students’ summer vacation in a meaningful way, encouraging their active participation in academic, sports, and creative clubs, as well as enhancing their knowledge and skills in foreign languages and information technologies. Agreements were also reached on conducting additional classes and masterclasses with the participation of the Institute’s professors and instructors.

In addition, five footballs were donated to the school to promote a healthy lifestyle and increase students’ interest in sports. To foster a reading culture and enrich students’ spiritual and intellectual development, thirty fiction books were presented to the school library.

The visit also outlined future tasks aimed at strengthening cooperation between the school and the higher education institution, providing career guidance for graduating students, increasing their interest in higher education, and attracting talented youth to Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute.

This visit serves as an important step toward enhancing cooperation between educational institutions, developing students’ knowledge and potential, and ensuring the productive use of their free time.
