As part of the **Business Awareness Month (BAM)** project being implemented at **“UzAuto Motors Powertrain” JSC**, a series of activities is being organized to promote corporate culture, strengthen teamwork, and enhance employees’ knowledge of business and the automotive industry.

Within the framework of the project, twelve employees of the company visited the **BYD Uzbekistan Factory** and the **School of Automotive Engineering** at Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute. The visit aimed to familiarize participants with advanced manufacturing practices, study modern management approaches and production technologies, and facilitate the exchange of professional experience.

During the visit, participants gained first-hand insight into modern automotive manufacturing processes, innovative technologies, advanced management practices, and engineering education opportunities.

The meetings also included discussions on the participation of **“UzAuto Motors Powertrain” JSC** employees in short-term professional development courses at the School of Automotive Engineering, as well as prospects for cooperation in training highly qualified engineering specialists for the automotive industry. Future areas of collaboration were identified and agreed upon.

This visit represents an important step toward strengthening the integration of education and industry, enhancing employees’ professional competencies, and promoting the adoption of advanced practices in the automotive sector.
