Today, the regular meeting of the Academic Council of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute was held in the Institute’s conference hall.

The meeting was attended by the Rector of the Institute, Doctor of Technical Sciences and Professor Alisher Usmankulov, members of the Academic Council, as well as responsible executives and specialists.

Opening the meeting, the Rector provided a detailed overview of the priorities and tasks outlined during the recent meetings chaired by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Particular attention was given to improving the effectiveness of science, innovation, and research in the higher education system, as well as to the important responsibilities assigned to the academic community and the measures required to ensure their implementation.

The participants also discussed ways to accelerate the implementation of the assigned tasks, and the responsible officials were instructed to ensure their timely and high-quality execution.

In accordance with the agenda, the Academic Council considered the following issues:

* Analysis of the results of assessments conducted across the Institute’s faculties;
* Discussion of identified shortcomings and existing challenges;
* Determination of necessary measures to eliminate the identified problems;
* Assignment of specific tasks to responsible officials regarding future priority objectives.

During the meeting, reports and information on the agenda items were presented and thoroughly discussed. As a result of the discussions, the responsible officials received specific instructions and recommendations to ensure the effective implementation of the assigned tasks.

The Academic Council also honored representatives of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute who achieved outstanding results in an international competition, as well as the winners of the IEIIC (International Embodied Intelligence Innovation Competition) international robotics competition. They were presented with commemorative awards in recognition of their achievements.

At the conclusion of the meeting, relevant resolutions were adopted to ensure the timely and effective implementation of the Institute’s priority tasks and to further enhance the quality of education, scientific research, and innovation activities.
