An Important Meeting Towards Higher Education and Industry Integration

The management of “SINOMA WIND POWER BLADE CENTRAL ASIA” LLC FE, which is being established in the Uzbekistan–China Special Industrial Zone in Zomin district of Jizzakh region, namely General Director Shu Mengzi and HR Director Tao Yuxin, visited Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute.

The guests were welcomed by Maqsudjon Ochilov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the Institute. The meeting was attended by Muhriddin Eshqulov, Head of the International Cooperation Department; Mehriddin Usanov, Dean of the Faculty of Energy Engineering; Gulmurod Kushakov, Head of the Department of Energy and Electrical Technologies; as well as faculty members of the department.

The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss employment opportunities for graduates in the energy sector and hold negotiations on establishing a targeted personnel training system through cooperation between Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute and “SINOMA WIND POWER BLADE CENTRAL ASIA” LLC FE.

The parties also discussed in detail the implementation of a dual education system for third- and fourth-year students, their involvement in paid internships at the enterprise, development of practical skills through participation in production processes, and the establishment of mechanisms for their future employment.

During the visit, the delegation became closely acquainted with the activities of the Institute’s Automotive Engineering School and the Scientific and Practical Center for Renewable Energy Research. The guests were provided with detailed information about ongoing research projects, modern laboratory equipment, innovative developments, and practical initiatives in these areas.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue practical cooperation aimed at training modern and competitive specialists for the energy sector, further strengthening the integration of education and industry, and developing mutually beneficial cooperation.
