**An Important Step Towards Preparing a New Generation of Civil Servants in Jizzakh**

Today, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Jizzakh Regional Branch of the Agency for Public Administration Effectiveness under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute.

The primary objective of the Memorandum is to establish a solid foundation for cooperation aimed at preparing highly qualified, competitive, and forward-thinking professionals for the civil service, integrating the educational process with public administration practices, and implementing joint projects.

Within the framework of the cooperation, activities will be carried out in the following priority areas:

* Training qualified personnel for the civil service and developing human capital;
* Organizing internships and practical training programs for students in government agencies, organizations, and major investment projects;
* Identifying, assessing, and preparing promising young people for future recruitment into the civil service;
* Launching the **"New Generation of Engineer-Managers"** program;
* Establishing the targeted program **"New Generation of Specialists for Nuclear Energy"**;
* Organizing training courses, seminars, workshops, and certification programs for civil servants;
* Developing research-based and practical solutions to challenges in public administration.

Particular attention will be given to combining students' theoretical knowledge with practical experience, enabling them to gain in-depth exposure to the civil service, regional governance, industrial projects, and modern management approaches.

This partnership represents an important practical step toward strengthening the integration of the civil service, education, science, and industry in the Jizzakh region, identifying talented young people at an early stage, and preparing them for future leadership positions.

The Jizzakh Regional Branch of the Agency for Public Administration Effectiveness will continue its systematic cooperation in developing a new generation of knowledgeable, competent, and responsible professionals for the civil service.
