**Entrance Examination Held for a Visually Impaired Applicant at Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute**

In Uzbekistan, the attention given to young people, particularly those with disabilities and special needs, as well as the favorable conditions and opportunities created for them, play an important role in ensuring their access to education and enabling them to realize their full potential. Their rights and interests are also explicitly guaranteed in the new edition of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

As part of the admission process for the 2026–2027 academic year undergraduate programs at Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, one applicant with visual impairment submitted an application. Today, an entrance examination was conducted specifically for this applicant.

During the examination, the applicant demonstrated his knowledge and competencies in both compulsory and major subjects.

To ensure transparency and fairness, the examination was organized in a specially equipped examination room and administered by a specially established admissions committee.
