**Memorandum of Cooperation Signed Within the Framework of the Third Uzbekistan–Kyrgyzstan Rectors' Forum**

Within the framework of the Third Forum of Rectors of Higher Education Institutions of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, held in the Issyk-Kul Region of the Kyrgyz Republic, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between **Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute** and **Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov**.

The Memorandum is aimed at elevating cooperation between the two higher education institutions to a new level in the fields of education, scientific research, and innovation. It also provides for the establishment of academic exchange programs for faculty members and students, the implementation of joint research projects, participation in international grant programs, and the joint organization of scientific conferences and practical events.

This agreement represents another important step in expanding the international partnership network of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute and enhancing the quality of education and its scientific potential.
