Today, Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute hosted the opening ceremony of the international summer school on “Climate Resilience and Modern Water Technologies.”
The event was attended by professors, teaching staff, and students from Sharif University of Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Shihezi University of the People’s Republic of China, as well as the administration and faculty members of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute.
The event was moderated by Muhriddin Eshqulov, Head of the International Cooperation Department of the Institute. During the opening ceremony, Jamshid Abdunazarov, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovation, welcomed the foreign guests and students and wished all participants of the summer school success.
Nargiza Nabikho‘jayeva, a lecturer at the Department of Agricultural Products and Food Technologies, also delivered a presentation on the activities of the institute, climate resilience, and pressing issues related to modern water technologies.
At the conclusion of the event, Dr. Maheshati Nabihan, representative of Shihezi University, and Dr. Hani Sadirhosseini, representative of Sharif University of Technology, shared their views and emphasized the importance of international cooperation and knowledge exchange.
