As part of the National Employer Survey conducted by the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education, practical assessments were carried out at organizations and enterprises where graduates of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute are currently employed.

The first destination was the Sharof Rashidov Textile Complex. Meetings were held with employers working at the enterprise to gather their opinions and assessments regarding the professional training, practical skills, adaptation to the workplace, and suitability of graduates of higher education institutions for their current positions.

The next assessment was conducted at “BYD Uzbekistan Factory” Joint Venture. During the process, employers’ opinions and assessments were analyzed regarding the professional competencies of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute graduates, their ability to work with modern technologies, practical preparedness, and adaptability to production processes.

Particular attention was also paid to employers’ suggestions and recommendations concerning the professional and practical competencies acquired by graduates, their effectiveness in the workplace, and their ability to adapt to the requirements of modern jobs.

The opinions, suggestions, and recommendations expressed during these practical assessments will be analyzed by relevant areas and taken into account in the process of compiling the final results of the National Employer Survey.

The main objective of these assessments is to align the quality of personnel training in higher education institutions with employers’ requirements, enhance the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market, and develop proposals aimed at improving educational programs in accordance with practical industry needs.
