Professors and lecturers of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute are carrying out a number of initiatives in the districts and cities of Jizzakh Region aimed at improving energy efficiency, ensuring the rational use of energy resources, and introducing scientific and technical approaches into practice.

In particular, the Department of Energy and Electrical Technologies has launched activities to conduct energy audits at organizations and institutions across the region and develop practical measures aimed at improving energy efficiency.

As part of these initiatives, a meeting was held between Alisher Usmankulov, Rector of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, and Ilhom Umarov, Chief Specialist of the Jizzakh Regional Department of Uzenergoinspeksiya.

The meeting was also attended by Yorqinbek Rajabov, Vice-Rector for Financial and Economic Affairs; Mehriddin Usanov, Dean of the Faculty of Energy Engineering; Gulmurod Kushakov, Head of the Department of Energy and Electrical Technologies; professors and lecturers of the department; and responsible staff members.

During the meeting, the participants exchanged views on improving energy efficiency in the cities and districts of Jizzakh Region, rational use of energy resources, effectively organizing energy audit activities at organizations, making efficient use of existing opportunities, and future tasks.

The participants also discussed ways to further improve the effectiveness of ongoing energy-efficiency initiatives, strengthen cooperation, and address existing challenges through scientific and practical approaches.

At the conclusion of the meeting, responsible officials were given relevant instructions and recommendations, with specific guidance provided on ensuring the high-quality and effective implementation of the assigned tasks.
